Cucumber Lemon Iced Tulsi Tea

For the past one month, I am drinking this low calorie drink which is delicious and healthy at the same time. I don't even think of having junk foods now!!

Here goes the easy recipe for a very delicious, low calorie, healthy and stress relief drink. We can prepare it in the morning and can have it in the evening after coming from the office or the other way as per our convenience. Believe me, it not only relieves you from the stress but instantly makes you feel very relaxed.

Make it a part or your daily routine and get stress relieved. I am doing it for the last one month and want to share the recipe...

Ingredients:
  • Cucumber - 1/4 of cucumber
  • Organic Tulsi Green tea powder - 5 tbsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Mint leaves - 1 string
  • Honey- 4 tbsp (if desired) 
  • Ice cubes - 4 (Optional)
  • Water - 1lt
Procedure:
  1. Take a vessel and boil the water until it bubbles form. Turn off the flame and add Organic tulsi green tea powder and honey. (Honey can be added if desired)
  2. Cover it with a lid and cool it for half an hour.
  3. Cut the cucumber into slices and add them to the tea.
  4. Also add the lemon juice and mint leaves to the tea.
  5. Store it in a refrigerator for overnight. Or you can leave it through out the morning and have it in the evening.
  6. Filter and add ice cubes when serving without the cucumber pieces.
  7. You can eat cucumber pieces as well :)
  8. That's it, the most delicious, easy, healthy, stress relieving drink is ready.
