Watermelon Juice

Watermelon juice is not only delicious but also nutritious and absolutely a refreshing drink. It tastes great when combined with pinch of ginger and lemon juice.






















Ingredients:
  • Watermelon - 1/2 of small sized watermelon
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece


Procedure:
  1. Juice all the ingredients except lemon in a juicer. I used Philips 1861 model
  2. Make sure the pulp is completely removed. Of course, the juicer I used takes care of the pulp.
  3. Add lemon before serving.
  4. Serve it on rocks.

Detox Drink

High fiber root veggie carrot when combined with apple, pinch of ginger and lemon makes an excellent detox drink which is good for the digestive tract. Of course, it tastes fantastic!!



Ingredients:
  • Apples - 2
  • Carrots - 4
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
Procedure:
  1. Juice all the ingredients except lemon in a juicer. I used Philips 1861.
  2. Make sure the pulp is completely removed. Of course, the juicer I used takes care of it.
  3. Add lemon before serving.
  4. Serve it on rocks.

Pomegranate Orange Grape Juice


Pomegranate when mixed with citrus fruits like oranges and grapes is never a boring juice. Delicious, healthy, low calorie breakfast juice. You will fell in love with the color.

I have all the ingredients ready and am planning to have it for tomorrow's breakfast as a healthy starter drink and will post the photo tomorrow. 

Ingredients:
  • Grape fruits - 6
  • Juicy Oranges - 1
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Pomegranate - 1
Procedure:
  1. Juice all the ingredients and filter and serve.
  2. I have another variation of this drink and will soon post the recipe.

Cucumber Apple Juice - For healthy skin

I have a beautiful juice recipe for healthy glowing skin. Today I introduce you to Cucumber Apple Juice. Very easy recipe and you see amazing results with in a week.

I usually prefer it in early morning having with empty stomach or evening times.

Ingredients:
  • Cucumber - 1 - 2
  • Apple - Small piece
  • Ginger - 1 inch 
  • Honey - 1 tbsp (Optional)
  • Ice cubes - 4 (Optional)
Procedure:
  1. Blend all the ingredients Cucumber, apple and ginger into fine juice 
  2. Adding 1 tbsp of honey gives an extra flavor
  3. Ice cubes can be added for a refreshing drink ( I usually prefer adding at evening times)
