Ingredients:
- Apples - 2
- Carrots - 4
- Lemon - 1/2
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
Procedure:
- Juice all the ingredients except lemon in a juicer. I used Philips 1861.
- Make sure the pulp is completely removed. Of course, the juicer I used takes care of it.
- Add lemon before serving.
- Serve it on rocks.
